About book Wer Zuletzt Küsst, Küsst Am Längsten (2009)
I was expecting great things from this, the final book from this series, and it delivered! We had gotten to know Dana throughout the series as a close friend of the Titan sisters, a sheriff's deputy who is devoted to the sisters, has a good sense of humor, is honest and loyal in her job, and doesn't care about "girly" things. It was great to get to know her better, understanding why she lives her life the way she does. We were introduced to Garth in an earlier book as the very bad guy who is out to get Jed Titan and the sisters. Turns out he is Jed's bastard son and the girls' brother. Izzy decides to love him rather than fight him, and he responds and turns out to be a strong and very appealing hero. Not surprising, they are a great fit since they are both strong, independent, and fiercely loving people. There were many great scenes. One of my favorites was when Dana was all dressed up for a fundraiser, and Garth took one look at her and was totally speechless. Bana Roarke ve Eve'i hatırlattılar zaman zaman. Susan Mallery bu seriyle en sevdiğim yazarlar arasına girdi bile.--I am sad because I have finished such a good series. It was a perfect series which became better and more intriguing with every book. However, the last book, Hot on Her Heels, is my favourite and I believe that its reason is my love for Garth. I strongly recommend Lone Star Sister Series. It is really a successful contemporary romance series.Garth has interested me since the first book and I have really wondered how he could settle down after his damages to her sisters’ lives. He became an amazing couple with Dana. They balanced each other out and they also healed each other. They reminded me Eve and Roarke. It was a funny and also emotional book. Especially, at the end, I was about to cry. Also, I have to admit that I have always thought that Kathy was okay and she deceived everybody but I was wrong. I wish Jed became worse, he deserved worse. I loved this book very much and I wish it could be longer. Thanks to this series, Susan Mallery became one of my favourite contemporary romance writers!
Do You like book Wer Zuletzt Küsst, Küsst Am Längsten (2009)?
I love Susan Mallery. Her books make me smile, laugh, and cry. You knew this story was coming in the series when you read the first 3 on the Titan sisters. The book starts by Dana going in to bring Garth in for questioning. She thinks she finally has him, but in the end, he goes home, a free man. He's been going after her best friends for a while, finding ways to hurt them. She's a deputy who needs to put him away. However, that whole chemistry thing gets in the way and makes them fall for each other. They do end up in bed quicker than I expected, I figured she would have fought him a bit more, but it was a very nice story and the ending was dramatic and sad. I was still hoping for redemption, I suppose, even after what Jed did to his own daughter. I am sad that this is the last story, as I won't see these couples again, but I enjoyed the time together.

Even though he was sweet to Dana, I found it hard to think of Garth as anything but the bad guy. The things he did to Lexi and Skye - whatever the motives, still would take me a lot more time to forgive than they did! And I can't get over that name, Garth!I found it sad that much of this was caused by Jed's misconceptions over Kathy's illness. That he discovered the truth of her condition in "the final showdown" was fitting, I found.
