I have never read a whole book on prayer that included actual prayers, and at first I didn’t really like it. But, my whole opinion changed after reading about 3 chapters.Sometimes I know what I want to pray about and need to pray, but I just can’t think of how to say it. This book helped me so much! The past month has been kind of crazy and I really needed to be praying for God to be present in my life and for His will. This book helped me to pray those things.It seemed like everyday when I was reading, the chapters were exactly what I needed to be praying about! It was great! I am so encouraged by this book and I am learning how to be excited about prayer and how to speak what I am thinking and feeling! I also love how most of the prayers have scripture in them. It is so powerful to pray scripture, but sometimes I just can’t put it together, on my own.Reading this book made me really excited about this series and I already am planning on reading The Power of a Praying Wife!
