I don't remember if this book had her past of drug use/I feel she should leave it out. It's too graphic and can make someone stumble. Other than praying for the nation, the rest seems to me like a good idea, and God is more than just a " genie in a bottle-the amount she sells. I don't have a good feeling in my spirit about her books concerning sincerity, but perhaps she could use her wisdom to write other books. The word Power is a adjective belonging to God alone. Fervency is a different verb and this is the type along with Osteen who use positive "xyz". It's not realistic. I find it more to give an image to the world that we want to make money on books that say the same principal. There is a lot more out there that needs WISDOM and most people need guidance and have these authors write for the needs that Christ speaks of in the gospel. My thought....ambitious and lofty. Concerned for recovering street addicts on her story because it needs discernment. They don't need ideas or the enemy to pull them back into a lifestyle of how many ways to use weed. I'd be concerned about brain cells. I. Love. Stormie. Omartian. I had been away from God for 20 years and when I finally got my head together and surrendered to Him, I found I hadn't been living at all. This book was the second book I read after making that decision for Christ. I talked about it so much that a few women at my church decided they would do a Bible study with me and this was our first book. We all learned and grew from Stormies' teaching. Her writing style is so easy to read and understand. The workbook that you can get only enhances the book by going deeper into the topic and making you think that much more. Stormie Omartian writes beautifully and her prayers feel like you are sitting directly in front of God. I Love Them!!!
Do You like book O Poder Da Mulher Que Ora (2002)?
A very good book for all Christian women. I don't own it, but I'd like to.
