Oh my goodness. Karina Halle - you bitch!! And I mean that in the nicest possible way. What an ending. Oh my goodness, everything is normal and in one solitary sentence, she slaps us with a cliffhanger.Where's the next book?!I found this really interesting, I know what the blurb says, but even so, I found myself questioning Dawn in the same way she questioned herself. The author doesn't really give us anything obvious that'll allow us to pretty much know exactly what happens without needing to read it. It's a real roller-coaster and it's all over the place. There is very little predictability. It's spooky, the scenes are set fantastically well and whilst I have absolutely no interest in any of the bands or musicians that are mentioned, or any kind of metal or rock music and these references are pretty much constant, I really enjoyed the story.I'm really looking forward to another instalment and hope we get to see some more of Noelle, see how she's doing :-) 10 crazy rock stars!!!!I loved this book!Really, really loved it!I didn't read something so refreshing and different in a very long time.It was a rollercoaster of sick'n'twisted storyline and one crazy rock'n'roll band...One of my favorite books of all time is Armageddon/Resurrection rag by G.R.R.Martin,and this one was very similar...not in ripoff kind similar, just in writing style similar, and maybe that's the reason I loved it so much. This is a story about sweet and innocent girl Dawn/Rusty who get to write a big article for rock magazine, about Hybrid, famous rock'n'roll band.It started normal(as normal as it gets on rock tour),but ends in one hell of a disturbing way,for her and everyone involved...There was piles of drugs, hot steamy sex, batshit demons, crazy groupies, sweet characters, big fat secret, dead bodies and lots and lots of rock'n'roll...This book was scary as f*ck...but not in that obvious way...scary in that mindfuck creepy way that gets it's way in your head and keep spinning and spinning till your head burst...See,I'm blabbing right now...it's a side affect...
