Hm, ada urusan apa sebenernya Jonas Jonasson dengan Indonesia? Sehingga Indonesia banyak disebut-sebut dalam buku ini? Kalau buku ini international best-seller, udah berapa banyak orang ngetawain Indonesia? Hahaha.Buku ini penuh dengan politik dan ideologi, meski tokoh utamanya apatis dengan politik dan ideologi. Tapi bukankah apatis itu adalah bentuk lain dari peduli? Buku ini diceritakan dengan gaya humor satir, menertawakan diri sendiri, menertawakan orang-orang.Buku yang tepat untuk mengembalikan semangat membaca yang hilang.Jadi pengen baca buku Jonas Jonasson yang lain. This felt like Douglas Adams (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy author) wrote about Forrest Gump when he was 100, Swedish and not mentally slow. Which works surprisingly well at times. It took me awhile to get into it and get the tone of the book was supposed to be as ridiculous as it is. Once I accepted that, the historical figures linking together in such a happy go lucky fashion was pretty entertaining.
