Wow, what a book, loved it!!!Don't think I've ever got so hot and bothered reading a book.I actually looked at this a few months ago but it wasn't until a friend recommended it ( thanks Karen ) that decided to read it but oh God, I'm so glad I did....to think all these months I've been missing out on an ultimate fantasy of 2 firemen getting hot and heavyGod, it's enough to want to start a fire if you get 2 hotties like this to come and,em, ..'put it out ' for youI loved these two together, both different but both so sexyGriff,Totally confused, doesn't know if he's gay because he's in love with his best friend..it was so sweet the way he kept blushing and some of his inner ramblings were so funnyDante,Total opposite, sexy ( and he knows it ) cocky, a total man whore and ,oh my, some of the things he came out with"My 'thing' is a thing of beauty.And being this hot is a terrible responsibility ""You kidding ? My junk' s like iron man.Once it's up it won't go down"....Good Grief !!!Don't get me started on the SEX scenes, they are some of the most erotic I have read between 2 men, the first kiss definitely had me squirming , in a totally good wayMy husband used to be a fireman, think I'll get him to put his uniform on and just parade around in front of me for a while, have to say no one on his watch was this hot....God help me if he finds out my password as he does star in a few reviews !!!Anyway this will definitely go down as one of my favourite m/m books, just BRILLIANT !!! Really liked this. The writing was a trifle clunky at times and some of the terms the author used to describe body parts, i.e. meat. Ugh - I'll gladly take dick or cock but meat? No thanks! Some of the terms were hysterical - spooging?! If you haven't read the book, you can only imagine what it means. I had a bit of trouble and I think it was because I needed to get in Dante's head. We don't really know his thoughts until almost the end and then it's like "ohhhh!" I also wondered at the ease with which they "engaged" even though both were straight. But I did like the way the story unfolded. Loved Griff although he was a bit goofy. And Alek was still a mystery to me. So where did he get all his money? The author says that his next in the Head series will be about Tommy, a somewhat secondary character. Looking forward to reading it.
