I read this as part of the Don't Read in the Closet anthology (2011?). It was filthy, hilarious and totally original! When I read, the story is like a movie unrolling in my mind, and I don't think I'll be forgetting some of the freeze-frames on this one quickly! Yikes! Totally read this one if you want a palate cleanser (term carefully chosen) after a little too much plain old romance or angsty reading. I guess there's some sort of romance here but you have to wade through a LOT of bodily fluids to get to it :) Fun! After enjoying reading Grown Men I discovered this prequel. I was intrigued to learn more of Ox. Well, I did. It was quite a surprise and nothing of what I expected. Let me just say that the subject matter was not to my taste and twisted my concept of Romance. However, it did answer my curiosity. I guess I am just more of a vanilla person and the author does have a tendency to challenge my perspective on M/M relationship.
Great freebie which adds a lot to the Hard Cell story. All I can say is "MORE!"
