Honestly I hate first person books, but Ms. Sims makes it work for me. I love this series. It's quirky and cute and oh so funny. The love scenes are always deliciously hot. I love that these guys just don't fall madly in love at first sight. They WORK at it. Jackson was so adorable and laid back. Love a man that loves a woman in charge but will still kick anyone's ass that messes with her. Those dimples were a bonus too. YUM! An interesting short story.Alice is a female Alpha, her fellow Alpha, who was also her brother, has died and she needs a new Alpha to help her lead her small pack otherwise she will be forced by another Alpha, Roscoe to join his pack.So, she joins a dating agency for shifters to try and find another Alpha. Funnily enough most of the guys on-line lie about their pack status!I think the thing I found least believable in this story was Roscoe - his character appeared inconsistent and it threw me out of the zone.
