So this book starts out where book 2 left off with Dane kidnapping Ava, she's been his captive for 8 days. Yeah he's a psycho. Mason should have really "finished him" like he said he did the very first time. Ok so I'd like to believe that no woman has ever had to endure all the crap that Ava has endured through this entire series/her life, but I'm sure they have and more. I can't believe the crap Mason pulls in this book! I honestly thought multiple times-good god Ava you need to wake the hell up. Walk away from Mason! It's so hard seeing someone you love return to an abusive relationship over and over again. You're always asking yourself-what about that person makes all this heartache and pain worth it? And although I didn't love Ava you can still see everyone who loves her going through that. Also, not that she went through with things but when she's had a row with Mason she's always attracted to the next guy she see's! It also seemed like the babies were always an afterthought. Thank god for Courtney or they may have never been taken care of!The editing in this book was still very crappy. At this point I can't say if it was better or after being on the third book I just started to ignore it and push past it. I'm thinking it wasn't as bad, because there were still spots when I would just stop and stare at what I just read going-omg this is horrible editing-but it didn't trip me up constantly like book 1. LOVED IT!!!!!! It is so awesome that D H Sidebottom can continue this series and each book just gets better and better. She out does her self every time. I love Mason and Ava and could never tire of them. The series continues with Mason and Ava's twisted thing called live and their relationship which is emotional, raw and gripping... The series continues to with the panty dropping raw hotttt amazing steamy scenes. The plot just continues to get better with twists just around every corner. Just LOVE this series!!!!!!
All I can say is, every girl needs a friend like Courtney and Nate.
