The idea behind this story is pretty decent. The execution, not so much. There are tons and tons of grammar errors in this book. I really stopped and wondered a couple of times if this was originally in a different language and poorly translated. Seriously the word "was" was probably the most common word in the book. It was in places where it never should have been and it was used when were or weren't should have been used instead. Normally I notice poor editing, but I don't complain about it in a review-it was just that bad this time. :(Ava and Mason go from lusting after each other it seems in one moment to declaring love the very next. Their relationship is volatile they are happy one second and screaming fighting running off to get "pissed" the next. He does "the coke" and she doesn't like, it but she runs off to get drunk every time he upsets her. Ava has a lot of drama and abuse and hurts from her past, she never seeks counseling and is trying to overcome it all. I have a hard time believing she'd love "rough sex" the way she does having never had any consensual sex before meeting Mason. I really enjoyed the supporting characters a lot in this book though. Sam and George are my favorite I think.There have been many more well edited books that even while I was writing the review I already started forgetting the characters and not caring what happens next - in bigger cliffhangers- so since that's not happening I'm taking this a good sign! So much in this story seems over the top and/or unbelievable, but in the end I didn't hate the book and it does end in a cliffhanger-so I'm going to read the next book! Lol " Ava, you are many things but you you can never be a bitch. Your heart is too honest and pure" LOL don't make me fucking laugh. If cheating is considered honest and pure .. Xd Sadly enough this book was way too over dramatized. Too many sex assaults like seriously... Not even believable Mason such a weak person. Even though he made many stupid mistakes and apologized way too often. I honestly think he's too good for Ava. Ava is so self centered and always thinks mason is out to hurt her. Lol I think you constantly hurt mason. .. Characters could also be more developed. It's like some harry potter time. They appear and suddenly vanish like they've never existed Well anyways. I'll stop reviewing. My review is probably as bad as this book. Perhaps slightly better though ;)
