Lexie and Coop come from two differnt worlds. Coop wants roots and a stable life - Lexie likes to travel and be free. They meet when Coop becomes the owner of a ring Lexie would like to purchase for her Grandmother's birthday.Sparks fly (and some good scenes they are) and in the midst of this mystery they must decide where they will take this new found love.A great read - beach read! I enjoyed this book. Sam Cooper is so original... and every bit of a man that a gal would love to have and the best thing is he's not afraid to admit he's wrong. The interactions between Sam & Lexie are filled with emotions that one can personally relate to. It's so easy to pick up the book and just read it through.Lexie's grandmother and friend added additional fun & humor to the story. Everyone expects a good ending to a romance story and this was no exception, just that that good ending didn't come that easy.
Unique plot but overall pretty cheesy. Definitely not my favorite Carly Phillips book.
