We pick up right where we left on in White Trash Beautiful with Cass and Tucker adjusting to their relationship and life on the road in the tour bus. Dealing with Tuckers fame and busy schedule bringing out Cass' insecurities along the way as well as her Dad coming back into the picture and dealing with the new bitch manager. Full of drama and emotion and all that comes with new relationships, it was a really fun and enjoyable read with many characters facing hard obstacles... THATS WHAT SHE SAID!!Onto book 3!!! Well, here goes.....It's really hard for me to review this book because I feel so invested in these characters. Every once in a while, a character draws you in and swallows you whole. This is how I feel about Cass! In book one, you see Tucker rise up and protect Cass and value her and love her. In book two, Tuck really drops the ball. Don't get me wrong, I knew there would be some drama for them in this installment. But I'm truly heart broken that Tucker didn't really man up and own his mistakes. There were so many things left unresolved in my mind and heart! A few more chapters would have made this book the 5 star it deserved. The writing is amazing and you literally feel like you are rolling on the tour bus with the band. Eric is another one of my faves from this book! I loved the way he transformed and was there for Cass. We do get a HEA at the end....but it could have been a 100 times happier for me if the words...I'm sorry would have been uttered by a certain white knight..... Cass deserved more! Which is why it was more heart breaking for me. We have seen her struggle and fight....why couldn't she have been validated for her triumphs? Still this is a very special series. It focuses on relationships and overcoming your damage! I would still recommend this series and I will read the next book....after I have calmed down a little and let my heart settle!
