I really like reading the Mitchell family series, Wow!!! This was a great continuation of the series = Ty & Conner both with reputations of being man whores, well, it's Conner's turn to come about face. It could almost be standalone if it wasn't for the bit with Heather. the story started when Conner moved North Carolina and not just at the end of the Christmas party from book 4.5. It helped build the unknown relationship between Conner and Amy which had been hinted at in the previous 2 books. Somehow both Ty and Conner start out very cocky in their stories, but by the 2nd chapter of their stories you are routing for them and by the end they don't seem cocky at all. Conner and Amy's story, Amy is trying to escape an abusive husband and keep her business in her name. Amy as she is still married at the end of book 5.. Good readbe sure to read 1-4.5 before starting this one. I LOVE THE MITCHELL MEN!!!! I loved this story about Conner and Amy. Although Amy was annoying at times, I can understand she was terrified of her abusive husband. Based on the horrific crimes that I have heard committed by abusive spouses, I totally connected with Amy's paranoia. And as true to all the Mitchell men, when they find true love, they become most women's fantasy bad boy hero. This book ended with a mild cliff-hanger, but the next book is live and I am starting on it immediately.
