I'll be honest. I'm having a hard time getting through this book. I keep picking it up then putting it back down. That's not to say I don't like Ty or Miranda. Some of the dialogue doesn't seem like it flows so it's difficult to stay engrossed in the story like that. I'm sure I will finish, and when I do, I'll change the rating. I've seen all the rave reviews and I want to finish. Just slower than I thought. I really enjoyed this second instalment of the Mitchell Family Series. The first book blew me away because of Colt. I'd already formed a less than favourable opinion of Ty from the first book so it was bizarre that I came to love the character by the end of this instalment.Ty is starting to get his life back on track after losing the love of his life to someone else. After witnessing the birth of Izzy, he becomes attached to the baby and finds that he's developed feelings for her mum too. Miranda is struggling with the fact that Izzy's dad is completely uninterested in her and discovers he's the lowlife everyone else thought he was. Seeking refuge with Ty's family brings Miranda and Ty closer together but if they act on their feelings it threatens to blow their families apart.I loved the story and liked the characters. I'm looking forward to reading the rest in the series.
I absolutely loved this book, I've never been so impressed.. I cant wait to read more!

Couldn't even finish it. It began well but then the writing became too juvenile.
