I continue to really enjoy Meloy's voice, and did like the way the plot on this carried forward from the first book. My only issue with this book, as opposed to the first one, is that it doesn't actually resolve the plot - it's clearly connected to the third book in the series, which readers have to read in order to find the resolution. For such a long book, that's disappointing - I prefer series where each book can stand on its own.Still a fun read though, and OH how I love the full color plates! Cannot wait to read the final installation of this series (Wildwood Imperium)! I was pretty captivated with this book. The pacing was slightly slower than the first book, but it was still easy to push through those slow parts to find out what happens next! I'm finding it difficult to write this review without giving away any spoilers. Basically Prue & Curtis are reunited in the Wood under extreme circumstances and find themselves in a perilous adventure closely tied to the storyline of the previous book. Old characters return, and new are introduced and their stories are all tied to one another!
Do You like book Under Wildwood Unabridged CD (2012)?
Not as good as the first one but still a DELIGHT!
