This book is truly amazing! It is so touching and inspiring and no matter what type of books you like to read, this must be one of them. Esther was so thoughtful and intelligent and being given a look into her life was truly a gift and this book really changed my life. This tale about a girl who goes through terminal cancer really taught me more about myself and the world and Esther's thoughts were really thought-provoking. I recommend this book to anyone ever!!! -Hunter After reading this book, I actually feel like I personally knew Esther and experienced her cancer journey first hand, like one of her family members. I have never seen anything like this before and found it to be quite effective. In multiple entries, Esther expresses fears of leaving the world and not making an impact. This memoir and the subsequent charity 'This Star Won't Go Out' have touched millions of lives, including my own. I only wish she could see the change she has made in the world. Rest in awesomeness Esther!
