Yes I can honestly admit that even though this book has it's flaws, and there are only a few little niggles, I loved this book. But I don't know if the book I purchased back in March is the updated version or not. I didn't redownload it before reading as it was already on my kindle, so I may have been reading the version before it was professionaly edited - not sure. So those flaws may very well have poofed magically away.I can hand on heart say that I loved the storyline, it wasn't the best ever para I've read but it had enough drama and will he/won't he to keep me entertained. And the ending arghhhhh, I HAVE to read book 2 after that, there's no way I can't know what happens to them! There is humour within but not as much as some of Marian's books, I did find though that this book really tugged at my conscience where Misty is concerned, she is subjected to a lot of hateful/nasty words, I wanted to be there to stop the hurt and show support and kick the nasties away for her. I did find Misty a little bit wimpy sometimes and she can wind you up with her tears, but actually as a whole I got her and her personality and I wanted to shelter her under my wing. There was bits I didn't like and those bit were her diary entries, for a sheltered virgin before she met him the crass use of porno words in those entries I found a bit out of character. As for Domenico he's a guy you love to hate and hate to love but you kinda do! You know he's doing everything for all the wrong reasons and you know it's all going to blow up in his face too late but instead of thinking he got his just deserts I was so sad for him when it all went wrong.Really looking forward to reading book 2, I am a total fan of Marian Tee, to be truthful I don't know if that sways my judgement on her work and makes me a little biased, but I love this author and will read anything written by her. Reviewer:JustineRating: 4 out of 5 FairiesMarian Tee is a mastermind! She made me think that The Werewolf Prince and I would be a fun pallet cleanser. A book with a fun, shy, quirky character and witty banter. And that’s what I got...for a while. Then with out my knowledge, Marian cast her spell and half way through I fell in love. I laughed with Misty. I cried with Misty. And I wanted to kick ass for Misty. The part I didn’t like was the ending. Not because it wasn’t well written, but because IT ENDED! A really enjoyable read.
