In this book, Stink discovers that Pluto is no longer considered a planet. His teacher encourages him to debate another student about whether it should be a planet.I chose this book because we were watching a Little Einsteins episode and it included Pluto. (I thought that was strange because the Little Einsteins is a fairly new show.). This book was funny and educational. Lots of info about the solar system presented in a clever way.Oh, and the way I learned was: My Very Easy Method Just Set Up Nine Planets. Ever since Pluto was demoted, I've spent a lot of time reviewing AV materials on the planets- trying to find ones that are up to date on this fact. So, I laughed when I realized this was the premise of the latest Stink adventure. As with all the Stink (and Judy Moody) titles, the story was fun, and enjoyable for multiple age groups. The audio productions are superb, and Nancy Cartwright is excellent!
