About book Rumplestiltskin (2013)

Didn't like the writing style. Everything seemed rushed, stilted, and not thorough. You never fully understood what was going on, and ALL the characters talked in full sentences, all the time. "would not" instead of "wouldn't" "It is" instead of "it's", etc. Used correctly, speech patterns like that can be an asset to the story, but they were used ALL THE TIME. No character ever said "didn't". It just doesn't flow very well. The premise and story, though, I probably could have enjoyed. O my word this book was straight up adorable! Never has Rumplestiltskin been hotter! (I actually kind of have a crush on the scottish one in Once Upon a Time but that's beside the point!) This is an adorable fairy tale! Was it cheesy? Absolutely! But in a way that makes you smile and makes you want to put on a princess dress and twirl around! To my fellas out there reading this right now please ignore the previous sentence and go with a sword and dragon fighting abilities! Much more manly! ;)
