I'd probably give this a B- or so but if you like OTT jealous and possessive heroes, this is for you. There are a couple of scenes in which the hero's possessive actions are almost too much for me; almost forced seduction. I think the consent of the reader comes into play here. I liked the heroine at all. She had a job, a backbone, and even in the middle when her actions were killing both of them, I felt like her rationalizations, in the moment, made sense.Edited to add: very sexy story What a hot mess! First of all the book was waaaaaaaay too long and with that the story obviously dragged on forever. Jackson and Emma were not likeable to me and I found that I had a hard time relating to them, one minute they are all lovey-dovey after only one date and the next minute they are fighting……gives hot'n'cold a whole new meaning. I couldn't get into the story and sometimes I felt as if the author lost focus and just veered off topic.Before writing this review I had to look up Jackson and Emma's names because I forgot………that is how memorable they were LOL.
