This one was kind of a let down for me, I loved Alex he's willing to grow facial hair for his woman, "I'll grow it back for you if you want me to. But, tonight, it would have felt like sandpaper between your thighs." Sandra sometimes just spouts things off, "have you ever cut a fig in half? It looks as much like a vag as a banana looks like a peen." Alex likes to be in control, "I'm going to touch you how I like, whenever I like, and you're going to let me," he said, his lips searing my skin." This book was funny and I loved Alex but it didn't meet my fancy as the rest of the series did. Another witty, romantic and humorous book from the Knitting in the City series! Sandra is just such a likable, fun character and Alex is intriguing, intense and intellectual. He's different from the typical male lead, which makes it all the more interesting as his background unfolds. Sandra and Alex have great chemistry and make such a loving couple! There were many things I enjoyed about the book. I got a kick out of Sandra's occasion t-shirts, the knitting group coming together once again in support of a friend, and "Nicoletta". Looking forward to the next book in the series... which I will be starting shortly!
