Ahh...this book was so amazing. I am now very very sad though because I just didn't want it to end. Wolfe has always been a favorite of mine, and in this book, he ended up carrying out a destiny that far surpassed anything thus far. His love, Natalie, was every bit as wonderful, in her own right.This series was just so fantastic. Five of the eight books will be permanently on my keeper shelf. My only problem now is.....what can I read that will make me feel the way these did? I love this series. Read them in order, so you'll know what's going on overall. This is Wulfe's book: he's big, strong, and scarred. As a Feral Warrior, he is duty and honor bound to the clan. He is supposed to stay away from Natalie, but he and his wolf spirit want Natalie. Natalie, of course, has no idea that the wolf/dog she sometimes sees in her backyard can change into a man. Until one night, men break into Natalie's home and Wolfe is forced to shift to protect her. It is a great story, fast paced, and interesting. Definite recommend.
