This book starts out with Shey being threatened by the queen and Sander being sieged. Mattias is Sanders brother, he has become friends with Shey and is trying to help them to maintain a relationship. Sander and Shey go away to Monte Carlo then they have to attend a ball. While there they run into Princess Valentina she is who Sanders parents want him to marry. A fight breaks out between Shey and some guy named Damon and Shey is taken back to her home town Seattle and was told that Sander never wanted to see her again. She realized someone put something in her drink and it was all a misunderstanding and she had no way to contact Sander, his phone had been shut off. Shey and her friend Wynn decide that Shey needs to talk to Sander so they go to Latvala to try and find him. They run into him, after a few days and while waiting to talk to him Shey gets kidnapped and held captive by the King. After days of being held she is shipped back to Seattle and is forbidden to return. Back in Seattle, Shey and Wynn goto a halloween party after not hearing from Sander for a very long time. Sander shows up at the party out of nowhere. He's able to spend some time with Shey, then gets called away cause there had been an accident with the King. Shey hears from Sander that there is bad news. Shey finds out Sander got married to Princess Valentina. It broke her heart. Sander shows up on thanksgiving and convinces Shey the wedding was a sham and she moves to Latvala and stays at Sanders Kallaster Castle. When they plan to expose the King and Queen and Princess Valentina.I rated this book a 4 out of 5 stars because, I couldnt seem to put the book down. At all. It kept me turning pages and pages.Main Charecters- Princess Valentina, Shey, Sander, Wynn, King and Queen.
