I received a copy of this book from the author, in exchange for an honest review. This book deals with serious issues & wraps them in a very hot romance! Jet is flawed & just a little dangerous! Jasmin is a strong woman with deep routed fears. This book had me crying by the second chapter & hoping they would end up together! I totally loved this book & hope that Shannon writes Jasper's story next!!! This book was so good that I couldn't put it down! I lost a lot of sleep! LOL! The sexual tension between Jasmin and Jet was amazing and I loved it! Jamin is a spitfire, hence her nickname from Jet. Both are so broken...Jasmin by losing her parents to a car crash that occurred in front of their house and her brother, Ryan, who died of cancer...she is petrified that anyone she loves will die. Jet was physically abused by his father and keeps as far away from love as he can by only having one night stands. Two broken people who desperately need each other and fight the feeling between them. So good. I can't wait for the next book in this series..I will be first in line to purchase it!
