Wonderful ending. This was a tearjerker. Jon and Cole are my favourite couple in this series and they never fail to make me feel things.It was a very emotional book and I found myself shedding tears several times.I'm extremely happy about how things ended for them. I just wish there would have been a similar closure for all of the couples. I felt like the rest, especially Zach and Angelo, had some unresolved issues but overall it was a great series and I would definitely recommend it. In the follow on from Strawberries for Dessert Jon and Cole are happily settling down. Cole is desperate to be a father so they embark on trying to adopt. Not easy for anyone but it seems even more difficult for a gay couple. Jon finds more and more he is working hard to hold his husband together as the wait becomes stressful.As Cole is hoping to become a parent himself he has to deal with his feelings and issues with his own mother. Not as easy as it sounds but luckily Jon’s father is there to help ease the way.
