This book wasn't as good as the first book. Bound Forever was almost the opposite of the first book. Where the first book was more a tragedy and definitely not a happy ending, this book provided the reader with a happy ending. The outcome of this book was almost to perfect. The draw to the first book was that it was dark and touched upon the forbidden and ugly. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a happy ending as much as the next person. Overall, this book does a nice job bringing a close to all the unanswered questions the reader had. Hanna Peach, Bound Forever is an intense, absolutely heart wrenching novel that I could not put down. Caden and Kitten are running, running from her past and his secrets. She's determined, even with her confusion, to uncover the truth about Caden, all of it, and I must say, once she does, once Caden's entire story is told, your heart will break for him, and for her. Her cruel, sadistic past is back, and Caden is determined to protect her from him, and make everyone who ever hurt Kitten hurt just as badly. I LOVED reading from all the different perspectives in this book, getting the insights, and different lines of the story, made it even more amazing of a read. his novel is full of intrigue, thrills, action, and sex. Caden and Kitten, brought together through a past that is so soul wrenching you may shed some tears, survive so much and truly do become Bound Forever through their broken pasts. It should also be noted that Hanna Peach does an amazing job, once again, of writing a VERY sensitive subject matter, she doesn't pander to the reader, yet she doesn't make a joke or disrespect the topic, she approaches it with sensitivity and grace. This is an amazing conclusion to an amazing duology, and one that I will read and reread again. It is definitely a 5 star book that I would recommend, but be aware of the subject matter.
