This book is about a boy named Nate who plays the drums. Even though his friends won't let him be lead singer, Nate still continues to rock. I thought that this book was a interesting funny book. It had funny jokes , funny pictures and amazing chapters.This book brought me experiences, such as how life at school can be if you were like the main character. I would recommend this book to anyone as it is funny and entertaining to read! I got this series for one of my nephews for Christmas and I ended up flipping through it, then reading the entire thing from cover to cover. This is the comic strip version of Big Nate (I thought it'd be easier for my nephew to read). It's incredibly cute and something that I think everyone would love.Why this hasn't become the next big thing ala Wimpy Kid is beyond me. This is just aching for a movie version.
