I did not like this second installment..it was very predictable..I knew the moment deanna said she had papers in place to have the boys take gauardianship of her baby if anything happened to her that she would die in childbirth..I don't like being able to predict what will happen next when I am reading that kills the fun..Scotty Cade tells excellent stories but I did not enjoy this one as much...it was too perfect ..there was no wow factor.. So I am slogging along reading this book and really thinking it isn't nearly as good as the first. That was until I got to Loc. 1095 on my kindle and Tristan did something so gross I had to just stop reading and say no more. So I am going to tell you what it was below so if you really want to read the book don't read below.****SPOILER****Okay, so Tris and Web have been traveling since early morning. Two plane trips and a meeting then being shown around a resort. They go to their room for a little sexy time, and we all love the sexy time. So Tris sticks his middle finger up into Web's bum, nothing bad so far, but then he pulls his finger out and smells it and then puts it in his mouth and sucks on it, then tells Web how much he loves the way he smells and tastes. Now I am all for little sexy gestures and I have read enough MM romances to know I have to be opening minded about certain sexy acts, but this was just gross. I can't understand what in the hell the Author was thinking when he thought this would be sexy. It was just crude and disgusting and I really want the visual out of my head. Hell, if I was Web I would have stopped and immediately made a doctors appointment for Tris and had him evaluated for signs of Pika, because unless they had showered and had an enema you know what was on the finger. Uuuggghh! I want to spit just thinking about it.I am so disgusted that I am returning the the book for offensive content then I am going to shower and brush my teeth...twice.
