About book Wishes Fullfilled (2000)

Ok, I love Wayne Dyer and I have been practicing the law of attraction for years with great success, but I just could not get into this book. At all. It's not because it's poorly written, which it's not. I don't know if it's because I've read so many LOA books over the years, but I felt like there was nothing new that I learned from reading this book. My biggest complaint is that it felt like every chapter was essentially regurgitating the same information as the previous one. It's probably a great book for people who are relatively new to the law of attraction and conscious creation, so for that, I gave this book 3 stars. Generally I liked the positive, empowering approach to being active in fulfilling your wishes. However, I personally did not like the religious overtones, although he was sensitive to include all religions. I also did not like the last sections where he says that if you "did it wrong" that your wishes will not be fulfilled. That seemed like a "blame the wisher" message rather than the possibility that your wish was not what the Universe (or God) planned for you. The book also repeated itself a lot, which was a bit annoying when I got the point the first (second and third) time.
