About book Wer Hat Angst Vorm Starken Mann? (2000)
Another great book in the Fool's Gold series.This is book three and I would recommend starting with book one to get a better sense of who the characters are and the different relationships between them. I have to say that I am not a huge romance book fan, my tastes run more toward urban fantasy. I took a chance with this series and here I am on book 3! Ms. Mallery writes multidimensional characters who are real. I feel like they could be people I would meet in real life. They are not all perfect with perfect lives. They have flaws, are dysfunctional, and we get to see them work through some of that. There is of course an HEA but not in the way you would normally expect.This book has a bit about foster care, surrogacy, miscarriage and abortion. I like how the emotional impact of these events is dealt with in the story. These are huge life impacting and changing events that will leave a mark on someone's life.Can't wait for the next book! A Pia parecia-me ser uma mulher um bocado fútil, mais interessada em diversão que outra coisa e não me parecia nada uma mulher com a respetiva maturidade dos 20 e muitos. Enganei-me! Gostei muito dela, foi séria perante uma situação que requer seriedade; também teve os seus momentos mais divertidos, como quando tinha aqueles "chiliques" e Raoul via sempre.

I wish they finished the story. Hopefully the rest of it is in a different book in the series.
