Entertaining short story about a Londoner in the future initially excited about a forthcoming date. Except her gadget tells her some information that makes her start panicking...I have a habit of trying to guess the twists/endings of books before I've finished reading them and this one was no different, except I guessed incorrectly which I was very happy with.Regarding all the futuristic gadgetry and the reliance on them, I'm so glad we're not at that stage yet in real life! Shot through this short story in no time at all, was it worth it? Absolutely.The world created in this book by the author I'd say may not be far off reality come a few years time (Read up on Google Glasses!) but once you understand what's going on and put yourself in the shoes of Joanna it could be pretty scary.I'd recommend this to other people - would enjoy reading more of the same idea!
This was a nice little read. I preferred it to his similar story, Relationship Status.
