Love the other books in this series - was way disappointed in this one though! I read the Christmas novella & loved River right off the bat. He has some kind of backstory as to why he chooses to pay to get his kink on with random women. Then we don't really get to find out more about River in this book. Paisley is attracted to River but when it turns from friendship into a sexual relationship it sends River running in the opposite direction. Diesel, one of Chrome's fellow bike clubbers, sees his chance to be with Paisley so for a bit we have a love triangle & Paisley can't decide what to do. River makes this choice easier & easier since he pops in & out of her life and if Paisley needs anything at this moment it is something stable because she is getting her second chance at having a real family, something she desperately wants. And Diesel is all in with her, loves her with everything he has, is incredibly sweet & sexy. I just felt we lost all of the kinkiness of the first few books. And I am upset that I actually wanted River to straighten himself out to be with Paisley & that didn't happen. I am also very worried for Seven. I want her to have her happily ever after with Levi & I'm scared to read the next book if I'm being honest!! A nice addition to the HERS Series. I liked the relationship between Paisley and Diesel, and the lust between her and River, but it all was a bit rushed for me. I guess I wanted more development of a relationship between either of the couples, but I felt it was all a bit start and stop. If you have read the other books in the series, I felt they flowed a bit better, where THIS GIRL STRIPPED was a little chaotic. The flow of the storyline was a bit off and the plotline shot out in different directions. I would recommend to fans of Dawn's who want to continue the series, but for New Fans, I would recommend starting with HERS first, which is a great read!
