To be honest this just turned into mindless dribble in my ear. The overwhelming amount of action feels pointless, there's no growth in any of the characters, and half their running around doesn't even make sense. Their legacies are extremely convenient and seem to emerge at just the right time to save them. Oh, and those chests, none of them know what the objects do, which means their protectors haven't taught them crap. What have they bothered to learn in all these years on Earth? Nothing! Not even Nine, who supposedly has tons of training, knows all about his objects because he got bored and didn't listen to his protector. Really, kid, really? All in all, it's just a bunch of kids running around like chickens with their heads cut off and getting lucky. The Rise of Nine is the sequel to The Power of Six. In the Rise of Nine many exciting things take place. To rate this book five stars would be too much. In the Rise of Nine the author switches perspectives between three characters, Number Four, Number Six, and Number Seven. This caused a lot of confusion to me. The book was still good but prevented me from understanding a bit of it. Though the Rise of Nine may be confusing it was still very interesting and exciting. Very interesting book and I recommend it if you do not get confused by the perspectives.
Do You like book The Rise Of Nine (2012)?
Was good until the end :( Horrible ending I feel, it wasn't even a good cliffhanger.
