The writing was much better than the first two books, the author's style seems to become more beautiful as the series develops. I liked the existential feel of this book, and the way the narrator shifted outside of just Will Henry at points. I don't think I am emotionally ready for the fourth book. I can feel where Will Henry is heading and I think I would rather not have the memory of him tainted by his descent into the coldly logical person I see him becoming. See, this is why I hated The 5th Wave so passionately. I know Rick Yancey is capable of so much, but he gives us annoying, self-pitying teenagers.I adore this series. The characters are so intriguing and stunning, never dull. Rick Yancey writes so wonderfully. This story, Pellinore and Will's relationship, EVERYTHING - it is absolutely phenomenal. Dear Rick - if you could just rewrite The 5th Wave... Yeah, that'd be great.
Do You like book The Isle Of Blood (2011)?
another great addition to the series. not for the squeamish though, they are very gory books.
