★★★½.A nice novella introducing us to the Duke of Greycliffe and the Vicar's daughter Venus Collingswood.Drew became a duke at age 13 when the males in his family died in a fire. Since then he was inundated with people wanting to be acquainted with "the Duke", not Drew the boy/man.When Venus mistook Drew for his counsin, Drew decided to see if he could make a friend who wanted to know him, the man, and not the title.I liked it, it was really cheeky. but Abby Craden doesn't work for me as a narrator for HRs. Lightreading yg lumayan lucu dan fun. Ceritanya tentang seorang duke--bernama Andrew Valentine-- yang tuker-tukeran identitas sama sepupunya karena orang-orang sering salah mengira kalo dia bukan duke. Lalu suatu saat dia ketemu cewek bernama Venus yang kepengen jodohin kakak perempuannya sama si duke ini. Si Venus gak tahu kalo Duke yang dia maksud ya si Andrew ini, karena Andrew nyamar pake nama sepupunya. Proses mereka ketemu pertama kali juga seru bin lucu. Mereka berdua ketemu secara gak sengaja pas lagi sama-sama skinny diving. Hahaha... Sayangnya saya kurang suka cinta kilat. Apalagi Hero-Heroinenya masih sama-sama daun ijo. Andrew umurnya 21 tahun dan Venus mungkin sekitar 17-18 th (asumsi doank sih). Jadi berasa kaya cinta monyet yang 'kebablasan' pas endingnya mereka make love di outdoor. Mungkin klo endingnya Andrew ngelamar Venus doank, saya kira itu saja sudah cukup. Tapi overall, not bad. :)
Nicely done, some heat, humor and historical romance..novella in length...voicing was excellent
