Selesai juga akhirnya gw baca nih buku, lumayan lama juga berhub byk nyambinya ;p. Over all, gw suka baca buku ini, byk kejadian lucu yg mewarnai jln cerita buku ini. Diakhir bab, jadi keinget buku JL - Secret fire krn ada kejadian yg berhub dgn obat perangsang. Lucu jg ngebaca reaksi si tokoh cowo pas nyadar tokoh cwnya ga sengaja minum tuh "ramuan iblis", antara kaget, bgg n seneng. Kekekeke.... dasar laki, walo bgg n kaget tetep ja doyan klo d disodorin cw ;D. Walo hanya bisa berharap :( This is my first book by this author, and I didn't realize this was actually the fifth book in her series but I was able to follow along without a problem. I really enjoyed this one, it was a nice combination of historical romance and lighthearted comedy. The storyline was pretty absurd but it was too funny to find fault with it. Edmund is a viscount and was asked by an acquaintance to look into find a sketch done by a recently deceased man by the name of Wildmore. When Edmund (Viscount Motton) breaks into Wildmore's residence, he runs into Miss Jane Parker-Roth and the two engage in a rather heated encounter. Parker threatens to tell people about the embrace unless he lets her help look for the sketch. The two end up figuring out that the sketch is not what they've been assuming all along, but rather it is a detailed picture of some of the Ton engaged in an orgy and the pictures are stored away in rather interesting places.Motton and Jane together were explosive, they had a fantastic relationship and it was funny to watch the two of them try to get around their relatives. I love that Jane Parker wasn't inhibited as normal hr female characters are. I think that's what made this book so funny and entertaining. Things happened that don't normally in historical books. I will definitely be checking out the rest of the books in this series.
Do You like book Le Vicomte Mis à Nu (2010)?
Completely implausible, but still heaps of fun!
