Reading this book was like revisiting friends who you've known for years, love very deeply and don't get to see often enough. All of the regular crew were there (minus Mona, of course), presided over by the increasingly weak but always enigmatic Mrs Madrigal. Despite my job while reading this book, I've only given it four instead of five stars because of the last three chapters (if you've read it, you'll understand) and because I found Shauna's sexuality a bit irritating and rather unbelievable. However, The Days of Anna Madrigal is a (n almost) completely pure delight and I loved it. Not my favorite in the series, and kind of sad to end it with this one.All of Anna's past story was great to read, and even her present time story. But the whole Burning Man part was just so annoying and over the top. And I don't believe Mary Ann would go to Burning Man. Maybe back in the 70s, but not in this decade. And Shawna was the most annoying and pretentious character of all, I really could have done without her entire story line. And the ending - so dramatic!! what will happen??? Oh...nothing.Ok then.
Do You like book The Days Of Anna Madrigal (2014)?
couldn't have been a better ending to such an iconic series... going to miss these characters!
