This book was good, but not great. There was too much internal dialogue. I am okay with people thinking, but geeze! The book was also in the POV of both the MC's. I love this, but you need to make it clear what POV you are coming from. Sometimes I was so confused I had no idea who was speaking. Also it felt almost like the author started some thoughts mid-sentence, as if Greg and Charlie had a conversation going that only they were privy to (sort of like having an internal joke between friends). The story lagged sometimes. You would have 5 pages of someone thinking and then 1/2 a page of actual dialogue or action. The ending was too rushed. I like an epilogue. Let me know where these characters end up! Greg was a sweet heart, and I loved his character. I can understand after what happened to Charlie why he would be so closed off about a committed relationship. I am glad it all ended well. These MC's had good chemistry and worked well together. I will try more from this author in the future. I definitely want to read Josh's book, and hopefully we will get to see more of Charlie and Greg's future. I almost didn't read this book because of all the less than stellar reviews...boy am I glad I gave it a chance. I loved this book! It was sweet and romantic just when I was looking for a bit of sweetness and romance (I just finished S.U. Pacat's The Captive Prince which was amazing but intense...no sweetness or romance:-). Give The Charlie Factor a chance. You may love it as much as I did! ...now on to the sequel...
