So here we are at book three of the series. I've become familiar enough with Richelle's writing to know that three is usually the halfway point in her series. Something possibly game-changing happens in the climax, and sometimes that change involves her love interest. This book did not disappoint in that regard. I accidentally read a spoiler but even if I hadn't, I would've guessed it was coming.In fact, that's the main problem I have with this series and her others as a whole: the main character doesn't catch on to the "mystery" around them. I know the point is to keep the readers in the dark until the big reveal later, but when the pieces are so obvious that we catch on long before the lead character-- and sometimes the lead character is supposed to be very intelligent-- it just makes that plotline underwhelming.I don't want to go too much into the morals offered here, since I know this story lives in its own world with its own system and beliefs that don't really factor into reality. I do like women empowerment and emphasizing the importance of understanding that "no" means "no", even if said by a succubus. And since we are dealing with a succubus perspective, I'll try not to complain too much about how sex is seemed important to make a relationship work or how people who choose a certain life are viewed as foolish.As I mentioned, I knew the thing with Seth was going to happen. And in the last book, Georgie made a pretty nasty mistake with someone. In this book, Seth's mistake was downright disgusting. True Georgie gave him the green light to sleep with someone else, but to sleep with a friend of hers was crossing a line. I admit I was borderline with these two as a couple anyway, and as of the conclusion of this book I can't see myself rooting for them.As for the dream Nyx gave Georgie, I have to roll my eyes and groan a little at the promise it could be true. I may be in the minority on this one, but I honestly hope this series concludes with Georige staying a succubus. O téhle sérii spousta lidí říká, že oproti VA je to slabota, s čímž teda souhlasím, na druhou stranu si ale nemyslím, že by byla Sukuba špatná. Ano, hlavní hrdinka je trochu otravná, děj trošku slabší, ale já si nemůžu pomoct, mě to prostě baví. I když se v knize nic neděje, Richelle to prostě umí napsat tak, že si čtení i tak užívám. Když to srovnám s VA, tak tam se po celou dobu taky nic moc nedělo, ale na konci byla vždycky nějaká pecka. Tohohle se zatím drží i Sukuba, troufám si říct, že v tomhle díle ta akce na konci byla asi zatím nejlepší. Co se týče Georginy, té jsem pořád ještě nepřišla úplně na chuť. Některé její vlastnosti se mi líbí, za některé bych ji ale nejradši něčím přetáhla. Konkrétně v tomhle díle mi přišla namyšlená. Pořád zdůrazňovala, že ona je ta nejlepší, předváděla se před svými přáteli i před mladou sukubou, kterou zaučovala, a prohlašovala, že dokáže sbalit naprosto kohokoli. Tím už mi začínala lézt docela na nervy. Pak se mi taky nelíbí její vztah se Sethem. Už od začátku bylo prostě jasné, že to nedopadne dobře, oni ale pořád všechny přesvědčovali, že jejich láska je prostě obrovská a všechno překoná. Navíc to, že si Georgina užívala úplně s každým, do toho vůbec nepasovalo. Dohromady s tou neuvěřitelnou láskou to prostě působilo divně.Ani Seth mě nijak neoslnil. Pořád je to ten stejný trouba, na kterém prostě nevidím nic, co by mě přitahovalo. V tomhle díle si to navíc u mě už navždy podělal. To, co udělal, od něj bylo hnusný. Prostě se s Georginou neměl vůbec dávat dohromady a tohle si mohl odpustit.Ostatní postavy mě naopak hodně baví. Ať už jsou to přátelé Georginy, kteří si z ní neustále utahují, nebo nová skupinka andělů, která to taky hodně oživovala. Série o sukubě sice asi nedosáhne kvality VA, nicméně pořád je to celkem příjemné čtení, které mě prostě baví. Od dalších dílů si slibuju, že budou ještě lepší.
