I'am really glad i read this book because it was not like all the other books i read lately.The only reason i didn't gave it 5 stars is because i hope the 2th book will even be greater .I liked al the characters but the most i liked how it started with the halloween theme.And of course all the plot twist like in the beginning i was almost sure cole would have gotten his free mark and stuff will happened later but instead he got caught and of course i really thought that on the end he got Jenna and Dalton back and they went with them on the quest but of course this are reasons to read even more of the series.The only thing i don't get is that there where like i don't know 40 children or even more but still cole is only concerned about Jenna and Dalton, what if like we where one of those children where nobody gave a thing about.But for the rest i'am really exited to read the second book when it comes out (lucky for me it comes out on 18 november, so i only have to wait 2 days)And i really try to place twitch, like when he's a bug but i just only can place him as a normal boy with wings.Maybe someones got like other explanation pleas tell me After reading 12 pages of Five Kingdoms Sky Raiders by Brandon Mull, I chose not to read it for my second book report. I chose to not read it for my book report because I did not like what I read on the preview of the book on the jacket. Another reason I chose to not read this book was because the idea seems too similar to the Percy Jackson series. Some kid just stumbling on to a supernatural world which he had no connection to doesn't make sense. Lastly, I thought that the pages I read were boring. The story did not pull me in. Because of these reasons, I rated the book 1 star. I don't believe this would change if I were to I read the book in its entirety.
Do You like book Sky Raiders (2014)?
Excellently paced and very well written, Brandon Mull's Five Kingdoms has me wanting to live there.
