Another book down in the Danger and Desire set and I have to say, I am struggling now. I did not enjoy the previous book and this one wasn't much better for me. Not only was the story hard work for me, I just really don't enjoy coming into relationships that have already been established (not sure if this one was developed in an earlier book) and broken up and then working on getting back togather again.Didn't connect with the story or the characters in this one, even though the writing was well done. Just not for me. Fingers crossed the next book with be better! For me this series just keeps getting better and better. I love that the "bad guy" hasn't yet been revealed and there seems to be a mole in the NSA. I have a guess at who it is, but if I know anything about this author it is that she will keep us guessing. I loved the story between Claire and Gage. We saw a glimpse of their past in the 1st book, and I admit I was intrigued. I was thinking that her brother killing himself may have been terrorist related, and I am not sure how to feel knowing that avenue wasn't even thought of, it was very sad and I think it was written beautifully though. I enjoy getting to meet the characters for the next book in the current book, and can't wait for #3.
