About book Si-cology 1: Tales And Wisdom From Duck Dynasty’s Favorite Uncle (2013)
I LOVE the show Duck Dynasty on A & E, my favorite is Uncle Si. So when I saw this book I had to read it. I read it in one night, I could not put it down. It is about Si's life from childhood, Vietnam, & etc.. I love all the "Hey Jack's " that are in it plus some of the funny things he says to his jokes. If you have seen the show then you know what I mean. He is a character. I would love to have Si in my family, I know there would never be a dull moment. If you love Si, then check it out!! I enjoyed the book "Si-Cology 101". I found this book to be funny and also interesting. I learned things about Si I didn't know about him from the show Duck Dynasty. I found The book "Si-Cology 101" to be a good book to have a good laugh.The book is all about Si and his life growing up. The book also talks about his current life. It starts out with Si growing up with his brothers and sisters in Louisiana. Si would always do some crazy things with his brothers when they were young boys. When Si was about ten his family moved. They stayed in Louisiana when they moved to their new house. Si and his brothers took off into the neighbor's woods. Their mom talked to the man. He told her they were fine to be in the woods but not to tell them that. Si had lots of fun growing up with his siblings. When His brother Phil started to date Miss Kay, Si had to go along with them. Si's parents wanted him to go to college, but Si didn't want to go. He dropped out after sometime. Then Si went to war in Vietnam War. Once the war was done he came back to his family and started to work with the family business.I would recommend this book to boys and girls who are a Duck Dynasty fan, that are middle school and up.You will learn things you never knew about Si. You will also have a good laugh when you read "Si-Cology 101".

Interesting, quick read. Neat to read about a very different childhood than I had. Never boring.
