THIS WAS PERFECT!!! SEARCHED AND FOUND!I adore Ned and his honesty and his fight. He was just so real to me and his feelings on life and love.Kennedy and her struggles broke my heart. She'd been through so much and here was this guy with his own mess, who just wants to treasure her. lawd the stress and the UST but then WOW. Some of the hottest sex I've read. NERD PORN TO THE MAX. Just loved it so much. Also, MING destroying Ned had me in tears lol. Not sure why I picked this up after reading the first book of the series...I truly believe that Jennifer Probst has talent. She is funny and witty and she proved that in the marriage to a billionaire books. However the quality of all her books keeps decreasing as she goes. I wasn't thrilled with the first of this series which I read a while back so I thought I should give this one more chance. Unfortunately she lost me. Despite the "magic spell to the earthmother" and "magic touch" issues, that I could overcome if I put my mind to it, the leading man just threw me off completely yet again here. He is a geeky rocket scientist who signs up at connections and gets 100% transformed into supermodel looks. His social ineptitude, taken to the extreme for such a supposedly smart man is SURPRISINGLY combined with a 50 shades of grey/ dominant personality in bed. Enough said. There were a couple of funny quips but that was it.
