I really enjoyed this story of the three the best! It was nice to see a side of one of the sisters that was fun instead of all wrapped up in work. This is certainly not the first series of Sherryl Woods that I have read, but this is the first series that I really felt just needed one more story to wrap it all up, that left me hanging on some points. From the first book, there was never much information regarding the death of their mother. Also regarding the death of Jenny and Wade's first wife, the information was very vague as well. In Samantha's story, Emily and Boone have a fight about where to live that is big enough that Emily is ready to throw him out of their home in LA, but the resolution was glossed over and Jenny's mother was causing trouble right up to the end of the 3rd book. It really seemed that their could have been one more story, perhaps about their dad and Sophia where some of those things could be resolved and then maybe Jerry could get his wedding too! This Ocean Breeze novel tells the tale of the last of the three sisters who have left the 'nest' of their grandmother's home and business. With her other sister's both involved in relationships, one of whom is getting married Samantha has left her life in New York City on hold to stand up as maid of honor for her sister Emily's wedding. Samantha has become restless, not sure if wants to continue with her acting career or wanting to go into another direction but not sure of that direction. Coming home Samantha is encouraged by her family of matchmakers (Grandmother and sisters) to get acquainted with Ethan, a doctor with a disability from the war in Afghanistan. Both Ethan and Samantha are reluctant to establish a relationship for their own reasons but as the story unfolds Samantha see Ethan for the man he is and Ethan finds Samantha a woman who could complete him. There's plenty relationship interaction as it seems everyone gets involved with dealing with issues from wedding plans, to living back home, to finding new love for practically the entire family. I thoroughly enjoyed this storyline.
