An erotic contemporary romance where I actually could believe in the feelings these two persons developed for eachother. The romance was hot and even if it was going fast, I got invested in the relationship. It rarely happens for me in this kind of book so that was a big plus. This is not my favourite genre, but I kind of enjoyed it anyway. The end had a too much drama for my taste, but still 2.5-3 stars. Holy hotness in a hand basket!! I think my sweat was sweating while reading this book! Umm, Ford is my all new book boyfriend! Good gravy that man oozes sexiness! And Sky is my new girl crush! Do I believe in love at first sight? Damn straight! Do I believe people can have a good relationship after a first night hook up? Again...damn straight! These two have the hottest connection ever! And I have read some steamy books!I love a story of soul mates searching for one another and having to jump barriers to be with each other. And there are definitely some barriers in this book! Ashley...bleh, hate her with a vengeance! So glad karma met her >:)I am a proud believer in the Mitchell Family by Jennifer Foor, but the Kin Series is ranking right up there with them! Yeesh, I can't wait to get my hands on book 2! (And I have no idea why I waited so long to read book 1!!!)
This was the first book that I read of Ms Foors and I must say it was fantastic loved the story line
