This book was all over the place. One second we were in the present, and the next in the past with no warning. The storyline got so confusing I barely understood what was happening. Not to mention how unrealistic and overdone his characters were. There were times when I had to reread parts of the book again because I couldn't understand why a character was saying something or behaving in a certain way.In short, I would not recommend this book to anyone. There are much better books about rockstars and bikers so don't settle for this one. I'm not sure why the books are listed out of order for this series but this is actually book two, proceeded by Chief's Angel. This series is seriously addictive. There are definitely some mixed reviews, but I loved all three books in the Biker Rockstar series. It was great seeing Violet and Travis as grown ups. To see who they became from the kids we met in Chief's Angel. No doubt they had some struggles along the way, but to see them reunite as adults and learn more about their history was great. Both Violet and Travis went through some serious drama individually and together and that didn't change once they reunited.I also loved that we saw more of Chief and Angel in Phoenix Rockstar and that they didn't just disappear after book one in the series.
Violet & Travis; heerlijk verhaal. Jeugdliefde, rockstar én biker, wat wil je nog meer?
