About book Persekutuan Misterius Benedict Dan Dilema Sang Tawanan (2011)
Another excellent book in a most excellent trilogy. Despite the fact that it took me years to finally read this series, it has easily leaped into the upper tiers of my all-time favorites. All of my avid listeners thoroughly loved it, too. We're looking forward to the prequel/sequel, "The Extraordinary Education of Nicholas Benedict," but, aside from that, we're disappointed that there aren't any other books in the series itself. I certainly hope that Trenton Lee Stewart continues writing; and, if that means the beginning of some new series, well then, so be it. This is the final book of the trilogy, and it is just as entertaining and fascinating as the others. Reynie, Sticky, Kate and Constance continue their adventures together, and once again, Stewart weaves the unique aspects of these four characters together into the plot. The situations that they face indeed require all four of them to work together to overcome their obstacles. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses, and these play into the story.Stewart has clever writing, interesting pun-filled names, unique twists, excellent dialog. I read all three of these books aloud to my daughters, and we all enjoyed the time together. Every night, I heard, "Can we read Benedict?!?" Of course, the answer was "yes". I highly recommend this entire series.

If you fail all is lost. Kate, Constance, Reynie, Sticky. Four children. Two brothers. One goal

It was good, but not as good as the second, because the plot was much slower all around.
