This being my fourth L.J. Sellers crime novel, I have become a huge fan. She writes in a way that keeps me spellbound. The resolution of this whodunit left me a bit skeptical, but that's probably because I never saw it coming... Sellers' story-telling gift resides in the lead-up, not so much in the cleverness of the endings. Still, I rated this one 5* because I was thoroughly entertained and, after all, that is my preeminent goal in reading this genre of literature. I also appreciate that Sellers' works are available to me as an Amazon Prime member. I will definitely be ordering the next installment in the Wade Jackson series. Loved it! The fourth book in the Detective Jackson series and the best so far. I just love the crispness and preciseness of Ms. Sellers writing and story telling. I enjoy how each book is written in a different way -- this one was mostly from Detective Jackson's pov with inserts of the various victims and what they had done prior to being a victim. Hope she continues writing the series! Will definitely read #5!
