About book Not Until You Part IV: Not Until You Trust (2013)
A copy of this book was provided by the publisher for an honest review at SeductiveMusings.blogspot.com.Cela is starting to reconsider her plans to go back home and work for her father. The veterinary clinic where she’s been working part-time would love to have her stay, but she’s not sure what would keep her there now that Foster is apparently out of her life for good. Pike’s visit to the clinic is a welcome distraction and with Foster out of town, she’s more than willing to help Pike get settled in his apartment with the dog he decides to adopt. The moment when Foster arrives home unexpectedly to find Cela attempting to instruct Pike on how to show dominance over the recalcitrant dog is one of the funniest scenes based on gross misunderstanding that I've read in quite some time, and shows that Foster is not only still totally hung up on Cela but that she is more than ready to take what he’s ready to give her. And yet after another amazing night of sexual dominance and submission, this time it’s Cela who walks away, afraid of what she’s done and might do in the future. Meanwhile all the plans that have been made regarding Cela’s future are still in motion, as her father announces he’s bought a house for her that’s right across the street from her parents. When she visits Andre at the loft he shares with Jace and Evan, she discovers the true nature of their triad relationship that he has hidden from his entire family. She also has an illuminating discussion with Jace’s brother, Wyatt, about her planned future in the family business. His experienced perspective helps her reconsider her decision to go along with what her family wants, and she decides that what she really wants is Foster. That’s when she blackmails Andre into taking her to the Ranch to confront Foster in his element and let him know she can stay as long as he wants her.Another round of Cela and Foster coming together and splitting apart, and I’m wondering if the serial format makes this repetitive behavior more or less annoying. And yet, because I’m a sucker for true love and the Happily Ever After, I’m still ready to find out what’s going to happen next and how Foster will handle Cela confronting him on his home turf.Ratings for Part 4:Overall: 4Sensuality level: 4 Wow! So I am still so in love with this series and now I have read half of it. Of course, that just keeps me anxiously awaiting more of it! This is the forth book in a series of eight, so if you haven't read the first three, what are you waiting for? And before you read any further, this review will spoil the first three... so go grab a copy of them and get started! They are quick little reads and you are sure to fall in love with the two male leads in the series! I know I have.If you have read the first three or are a glutton for spoilers, keep reading. So far in this saga, we have watched Cela, a young graduate, create a mini-bucket list of sorts but these are not things like skydiving or climbing a fourteener... They are so much simpler. Well... maybe... Cela writes her "I never ever" list and quickly with a bottle of tequila gets started on it; of course, there is only so much on that list she can do without the hot sexy neighbors getting involved. But of course they do... they have been lusting after her for quite some time. One night, one game, one hotel, one v-card... all checked at the door. But something has lingered inside Cela. She is now pretty hung up on Hunter, one of the hotties from next door. But Hunter has a dark side and he knows that Cela is too inexperienced and too innocent to veer into that direction. Hunter tries his hardest to keep her away. He knows she is leaving soon to go live out her perfectly planned life, designed by her father. But Cela cannot help the attraction she feels. The one night she knows that Hunter will not be around, she decides it will be great to hang out with Pike and help him adjust to his newest roomie, but when Hunter comes home after a bad day, he releases a bit of pent up anger all over Pike and Cela before going to his room.Cela is furious and follows, determined to make him listen to what she has to say. She needs for him to know that she is attracted to him and she wants to know about the lifestyle that he leads. But Hunter doesn't want to ruin her. He doesn't want to lead her into his world.GAH! Roni Loren has just got this web spun so darn tight, you can't help but want even more. I know I have said that after reading each book in the series, but so many things happen in this book and I cannot wait to see how Cela's life unfolds and if Hunter will be in her life. If she can be a part of his life... I have not wanted to put a single one of these short reads down at any point after picking them up. I have enjoyed each angsty moment and I long for the next episode so I can watch it all unfold. These are great books and I am just loving the length because they keep me interested, but they don't take all day to read and of course, you know there is more coming so it just makes them so much more appealing to me. Of course all of the hot lovin' works well too!*I received a complimentary copy of Not Until You Trust in exchange for an honest review*
