I really did like this book. Well I liked Violet, Doc, Violets Aunt & Violets kids. I Also liked her friends and most of the town. I do have to say I had the bad guy pegged pretty quickly, Violet needs to learn more about red flags. Even figuring out the bad guy the book was still entertaining, because this is a humorous mystery. So I just let the fun roll and see where our heroines cards were gonna end up. I will say there was one part of this book I did not like and that was her coworker Asshole Ray who should have been fired and up on sexual harassment charges from the first meeting. I could not stand him and he gets worse in the second book. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a light, cute, funny mystery. Well so long as you don't dislike sexist Asshole coworkers who should be up on sexual harassment charges. If u have a hate on for sexist assholes you should probably stay away from this one. I was seeing this book come up on my recommended readings for a while and I ignored it because I thought it was zombie romance. It turns out it’s not. It’s a fun read that had me chuckling along while I tried to figure out the mystery.Moving back into her aunt’s house and getting a job as a real estate agent, wasn’t in Violet’s master plan. But it had to be done. The first problem is her lack of sales, she’s facing the deadline for making a sale or losing her job. She’s dealing with two hot men and one crotchety old one. Her kids are digging up bones, and the one house she’s listed might be haunted. What’s a girl to do?I recommend it if you like a little comedy with your romance.
Do You like book Nearly Departed In Deadwood (2011)?
I enjoyed the story line but to much romance in it for me.
